He married twice. He married Sarah. He married Elisabeth Coe 1696 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts. Elisabeth was born about 1670 in Falmouth, York, Maine. Elisabeth was the daughter of Matthew Coe and Mary. Elisabeth died 11 September 1740 in Roxbury, Essex, Mass, at 70 years of age.

Benjamin Tucker and Elisabeth Coe had the following children:

child 1733 i. Sarah10 Tucker was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts 2 November 1696. She married Thomas Heron 21 April 1720 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

child 1734 ii. Ann Tucker was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts 7 January 1698. Ann died 24 April 1707 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts, at 9 years of age. Her body was interred in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts.

child + 1088 iii. Elizabeth Tucker was born 30 July 1701.

child 1735 iv. Benjamin Tucker was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts 5 March 1703. Benjamin died 20 January 1761 at 57 years of age. He married Mary Warren 3 April 1729 in Watertown, Middlesex, Massachusetts.

child 1736 v. Stephen Tucker was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts 23 September 1706. Stephen died 20 September 1750 at 43 years of age. He married twice. He married Hannah Parks 31 May 1739 in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts. He married Mary Pike 20 September 1750 in Leicester, Worcester, Massachusetts.

child 1737 vi. Henry Tucker was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts 3 March 1708. He married Judith Cheney 16 January 1731 in Newton, Middlesex, Massachusetts.

child 1738 vii. Katherine Tucker was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts 12 May 1711.

child 1739 viii. Samuel Tucker was born in Roxbury, Suffolk, Massachusetts 15 July 1716. He married Hannah Sylvester 19 June 1740 in Scituate, Plymouth, Massachusetts.
